Everyone is welcome! Hire Women Week is for anyone who believes in providing equitable opportunities for women in the workplace. The programming is designed for job seekers, professionals seeking career guidance or advancement, and hiring teams aiming to increase gender equity in their organizations. Whether you identify as a woman in tech, a non-binary individual, an ally, a manager, or a change-maker, we would love to see you there. The event is all about inclusivity and creating opportunities for everyone in the tech industry.
Our primary objective is to increase the representation of women and non-binary individuals in the tech workforce. We strive to challenge biases, foster meaningful connections, and create a platform for growth and success. Studies show that women make up only 24% of c-suite positions, earn between 54 to 87 cents compared to a white man's dollar, and are 14% less likely to be promoted than their male colleagues. That's why we need your support to drive change and create momentum together.
The majority of our sessions are conducted online, allowing participants to join from anywhere in the world. Only events specifying a city location will be held in person. Everything else will take place virtually at Hire Women Week
